What are the network requirements for robot distribution network?

Steps to connect DEEBOT with Home Wi-Fi:

Turn OFF your mobile data (4G/5G) & Turn ON Wi-Fi in your mobile to make sure your phone is connected to your home Wi-Fi.
Note: Universally Any IoT Device (DEEBOT) will connect to 2.4Ghz or 2.4Ghz/5Ghz frequency only.
If your router has 2.4Ghz or 2.4Ghz/5Ghz then connect it to the given Wi-Fi. If the Wi-Fi router does not show the above networks, kindly contact your Wi-Fi service provider to activate the above Frequency (it is compatible and feasible at no extra charge from your Wi-Fi Service Provider).
Kindly follow the steps given in the App to connect the DEEBOT with Home Wi-FI.

Reasons for DEEBOT not connecting to Home Wi-Fi:

DEEBOT will not connect to 5Ghz frequency. (contact service provider)
Ensure your Wi-Fi network is visible and not hidden during setup.
Ensure your Wi-Fi doesn't use VPNs, proxy servers, or web page authentication.
If the router is set to MAC address filtering, please disable this setting first. After successful network configuration, check the MAC address of the robot under �DEEBOT Information Center � Network Information� in the App, and set filtering after adding it manually.
