Why didn't the dust collection start when DEEBOT returned to the station?

Ensure the station is connected to power and working properly.
Check if the power cord is securely plugged into the socket and connected to the station.
Verify that the automatic dust collection function is turned on in the app by going to robot control > click the "drop-down button" > enable automatic dust collection.
Make sure the dust collection bin is properly installed in the station. Remove and reinstall it if needed.
Check if the disposable dust bag is installed correctly.
Ensure the app is not set to Do Not Disturb Mode, as this prevents automatic dust collection from starting.
Automatic dust collection will only trigger if the robot returns to the station automatically, not manually.
Clean the charging pole of the station with a dry tissue if it�s dirty, as this could affect signal transmission.
