How to deal with the station not producing hot water?

  • Confirm Network Connection.
  • Ensure the machine is properly connected to the network.
  • Check Hot Water Cleaning Settings.
    • Open The ECOVACS HOME app.
    • Navigate to Robot Control > Base Station Function and ensure Hot Water Cleaning is turned on.
    • If the feature is off, turn it on to enable hot water cleaning for the mop.

Verify Water Level
  • Check the clean water tank to ensure it has enough water.
  • If the water level is low, refill the tank with clean water.
Important Notes:
  • The hot water cleaning switch is turned on by default.
  • During the station's self-cleaning process, if cold water is used, hot water cleaning will not be available.
  • Water heating is a gradual process; the water may feel cooler at the start of the hot water cleaning cycle.
  • If the water temperature exceeds safe limits, the hot water cleaning function will temporarily turn off to
    • prevent damage.
