When mopping the floor, the rag bracket cannot be expanded and retracted normally, how to deal with it?

• The Rag Bracket Cannot Stretch or Retract Normally:
  
  • In the app, go to Settings > Smart Cleaning Settings and ensure "TruEdge Gap Technology" is turned ON.
  • Manually move the rag holder to check for any foreign objects. If found, clean them.
  • Turn off the robot and restart it.
  • If the issue persists, contact after-sales service.
• Why Does the Cleaning Cloth Sometimes Expand Outward and Sometimes Not?
  
  • During simultaneous sweeping and mopping, the rag tray expands outward for full coverage.
  • The rag tray retracts in certain situations, such as:
    a. Quick mapping, treasure navigation, or collapse areas
    b. Backwashing, recharging, escaping obstacles, or lifting the carpet
    c. Pausing, ending tasks, or manually moving the robot
• Will a Constantly Expanded Rag Tray Cause Leakage?

Note:If the machine is turned off, manually expanding the cloth bracket is normal, but it cannot be manually retracted. Restarting the machine will retract it automatically.
