How to deal with the situation where the mop bracket of the robot rotates manually but does not rotate while functioning?

• Check if there is any foreign object on the mop plate that is restricting the movement of the mop plate. Detach it, clean it and fix the plates again.
• If there is no foreign object, check the cleaning mode in the application:
  
  • If the DEEBOT is in “VAC ONLY” mode, the mop plates will not rotate.
  • If the DEEBOT is in “MOP AFTER VAC” mode, the machine will first vacuum the area and then go for mopping. While vacuuming, the mop plates will not rotate.
• Another option is to check the self-adaptation carpet mode.
  Go to Settings > Drag down and select “NO LIFTING” feature. This is to check whether the mop plates are functional or not, as the plates will not lift up in any circumstances. (If the Mop plates start rotating in NO LIFTING mode, then try to clean the carpet sensor area)
