How to deal with a robot wetting the carpet while mopping the floor?

ECOVACS Robot Vacuum Cleaners have a special Carpet Detection Sensor. As a feature, as soon as the DEEBOT detects the carpet, it will lift the Mopping Pads by 9 mm, stop mopping, and vacuum the carpet at Max speed to ensure Deep cleaning. Thereby, it will not wet the carpets.

Use the Application to create a virtual wall:
Open the APP > Go to Smart Cleaning > Map > Map Edit > Virtual Wall, and set boundaries to prevent the robot from mopping the carpeted areas.
