The robot firmware version upgrade failed, how to deal with it?
FIRMWARE CANNOT BE UPDATE
Check if the DEEBOT is charging through the application.
Check the battery of the DEEBOT, the version does not upgrade when the DEEBOT is out of battery or does not have sufficient charge.
It is recommended to charge the DEEBOT for 3 hours before upgrading.
FIRMWARE UPDATE FAILED
Place the DEEBOT and the base station at a location with a good network (preferably near the router). If the network range is not good, there may be a timeout that prevents the upgrade.
Confirm that the DEEBOT and the base station are successfully paired. In case it is not paired, the upgrade will fail. Try to re-pair it and try again.
