The robot automatically climbs up the carpet without lifting or hitting the mop pads, how to deal with it?

DEEBOT CANNOT LIFT THE MOP PLATE:

• Check the carpet cleaning strategy if the “NO LIFTING” feature is enabled.
Open App > Enter > Settings > Robot Advanced Settings > Scroll down and disable the “NO LIFTING” feature.
• Wipe the carpet detection sensor with a clean and dry cloth.
• Check if the driving wheels are entangled with any foreign objects. If found, remove them.
• Ensure that the mop pads are correctly installed. If found loose, fix them properly.
