The mopping pad plates are not fully installed/are entangled?

Flip the DEEBOT and gently put it on the floor.
Disassemble the mopping plates, and fix them again properly.
Ensure that you hear a �click� sound to confirm successful installation of the mop plates.

ROBOT PROMPTS: MOP PLATES ARE ENTANGLED:

Flip the DEEBOT and gently put it on the floor.
Check if there are any foreign objects entangled with the mop plates.
If found, then clean it with a dry cloth.
