Upgrade your DEEBOT - firmware upgrade

  • Open the ECOVACS HOME application.
  • Click Enter for smart cleaning > Settings
  • Click DEEBOT > Update DEEBOT.

Note :
  • The DEEBOT needs to be placed in the base station and sufficiently charged.
  • The battery level needs to be more than 50%.
    • (It is recommended to upgrade the DEEBOT after 3 hours of charging)
  • Make sure the DEEBOT is placed in a good range of signal to avoid failure.
  • If automatic upgrade is enabled, DEEBOT will upgrade to the latest version automatically.
  • Ensure that you are connected with the 2.4G network.
