What should I do if the robot finds the station but cannot enter?

• Power OFF the DEEBOT, flip it upside down and wipe the driving wheels with a dry cloth.
• Wipe the station charging tray and surrounding water patches with clean and dry cloth.
• Check that the mopping plates are correctly installed. If not, reinstall it properly and ensure to hear a “click” sound to get a confirmation of successful installation.
• Place the DEEBOT in front of the station and press and hold the start button to make the robot automatically return to the station.

Note : Do not use any cleaning solution to avoid damages in the machine.
