DEEBOT IS UNABLE TO UPDATE:
Check if the DEEBOT is in charging state.
Check DEEBOT’s current battery. If the battery level is less than 50% , the firmware upgrade is not possible. (It is recommended to upgrade the DEEBOT after 3 hours of charging)
DEEBOT FAILED TO UPDATE:
Place the DEEBOT and station in a good range of network.
Check if the station can control the DEEBOT. You can check by tapping start/pause button on the station and observe the outcome. If there is no response, the upgrade will fail. Try to pair the robot and station again and then try the upgrade again after the pairing is successful.
Ensure that the Wi-Fi is enabled with 2.4G connection.
