The robot makes a loud noise when cleaning or an abnormal noise when mopping.

THE DEEBOT IS TOO LOUD:

If the suction power is set to strong suction power in the app, the noise will increase significantly as the suction power increases. THE NOISE FLUCTUATES WHILE WORKING:
- When Auto-Boost Suction is enabled, the robot automatically increases suction power on carpets. On other surfaces, it uses the suction level you set.
- When the DEEBOT is in AI Mode, it will automatically determine the suction power according to the room and the floor types. The suction power will increase or decrease accordingly.
- If cleaning is done using Custom mode, the suction power may vary according to the preferences selected.

ABNORMAL NOISE DURING OPERATION:

When the DEEBOT is operating, the rubber strip of the main brush cover is in contact with the floor. There will be abnormal noise when it rubs against the floor. After using a few times the noise should disappear.
Check if the DEEBOT is entangled with foreign objects. If found, clean them.
Flip the DEEBOT and turn around the universal wheel to check if it is working normally.
Remove the side brush to check whether the side brush bearings and the brush is entangled with any foreign objects.
Remove the mopping pads and check if the mopping pads are entangled with any foreign objects. If found, remove them. Clean the plate and reinstall the mopping plate again and ensure to hear a �click� sound to get a successful installation.
Power OFF the DEEBOT, flip it and press the driving wheels down on both sides. Spin the driving wheels manually to confirm whether they are rotating. Check also whether they can rebound after being released.
Clean the dust bin and also suction nozzle. If you have used water, ensure that it is completely dry before using it again. (If it is still wet, it will make an abnormal noise.)
