What should I do if the mopping pad plate does not retract properly?
If the mopping pad plate does not retract properly:
Enable TruEdge Adaptive Edge Mopping in the app under Settings > Robot Advanced Settings.
Check for foreign objects by manually moving the mopping pad plate.
Restart DEEBOT.
If the issue continues, contact customer service.
Note : If the mopping pad plate was manually extended while DEEBOT was off, it will not retract manually. It will automatically retract when DEEBOT is powered on.
