The base station is not dispensing hot water when cleaning the mopping pads.

• Ensure DEEBOT is connected to the ECOVACS HOME App.
• In the app, go to Smart Cleaning > Station, and select hot water washing or deep washing. Hot water is not dispensed during energy-saving washing.

Note : The water temperature may start lower, and if it's too high, the function will pause to prevent injury.
