When DEEBOT is cleaning, the mopping pad plates do not lift up or bump into mats. What should I do?

If the mopping pad plates don't lift up:

• You can open the App, enter Smart Cleaning, and tap the carpet on the map to see the carpet cleaning strategy.
  If you want to adjust the carpet, you can select the carpet to add or delete, and you can also reset the carpet strategy that has been added.

Carpet Strategy instructions:
Avoid: DEEBOT will avoid the carpet when cleaning, this setting is recommended for medium and long-haired carpets.
Vacuum Only: For short-haired carpets (under 10mm) or mats at home
Pass Only: This is recommended for medium to long-haired carpets in doorways or across the room.
Confirm Cleaning Mode:

• Vacuum Mode: Mopping pad plates are lifted (normal).
• Mopping Mode: Plates lift when carpet is detected.
• Vacuum & Mopping Mode: Plates lift when carpet is detected.
• Mop after Vacuum Mode: Plates lift during vacuum, lower for mopping, and lift again if carpet is detected.

Additional Checks:

• Ensure plates are clean and free of debris.
• Confirm the plates are properly attached.
• Check whether the mopping pad plates are correctly attached on the robot. If not, attach them again.
