Keep the charging dock in the same position during and after mapping.
Do not manually assist the robot when it’s returning to the charging dock.
Address any alarms promptly during mapping.
Multi-Floor Map Saving
DEEBOT can store 2 permanent maps and 1 temporary environment map.
Open the app and tap "Map Management" (bottom left) to access "Multi-Floor Mapping".
After mapping is complete, save the map in "Map Management".
Map Replacing
If you've already saved two maps, when you need to save a third (a new environment map), you'll need to replace one of the two existing maps.
Multi-Floor Map Switching
Option 1: Move DEEBOT to the desired area, tap the Navigation button (upper-left in the app), and the correct map will load automatically after positioning.
Option 2: Move the charging dock back to its original mapping position, place DEEBOT on it, and recover the map.
