Reservoir does not drain
Check Installation:
Ensure that the reservoir and cleaning pad plate are properly installed. After installing the cleaning pad plate, you should hear a voice prompt confirming it’s in place.
If there is no prompt, check the following:
1. Make sure the cleaning pad plate is securely attached.
2. Ensure that the small magnet on the plate has not come off.
Restart the Robot:
Restart DEEBOT and wait for 10 seconds.
Check if water is coming out from the three water outlets located on the underside of the robot.
If no water is coming out, wipe the water outlets with a cloth to remove any impurities that might be clogging them.
